What an overwhelming response we got to our recent questionnaire! As promised, the first 500 customers that responded received Ozery's Pita Break products which were delivered directly to their homes. So many more people than anticipated took the time to e-mail us and share their ideas and suggestions. In appreciation, we decided to send those people coupons which were redeemable for some free Ozery's Pita Break products at a variety of stores.

As a young company we are sincerely interested in feedback from our customers as we expand our product line. So we have decided to offer coupons for free products a couple of times a year. If you would like to receive these coupons, please
e-mail us your address and we will happily add you to our present list. Please be assured that this list will be used for free product coupons only and will not be sold or used for any other purpose.

For those of you who have only recently become our customers, we would like to take you back in time and tell you a little bit about us and our early history. Almost eight years ago, we opened a small restaurant on Yonge Street in downtown Toronto. We baked our own pitas for the sandwiches we served. Then, as now, we used only the highest quality natural ingredients and no preservative were added. Soon we were selling our pitas in bulk to individual customers, health food and higher end stores. When we found ourselves baking all night long, we left the restaurant, relocated to north Toronto and opened our original bakery. Since then, while still in north Toronto, we have moved to larger premises.

Throughout our exciting changes and growth, we have focused on maintaining our commitment to a quality product and quality service. Every day we are grateful to you, our customers, for your support and enthusiasm.

We'd like to end this newsletter with a reminder. At this time of year, remember to freeze your pitas until you're ready to  use them. Our products are preservative-free and may be affected by the heat and humidity.
