Some of you may know that my father, mother, wife and I began this business five years ago in a small restaurant on Yonge St. We started making our own pita breads for our sandwiches. We insisted on using All Natural ingredients as the pitas were and still are an important part of our families' diet. The sandwiches were a hit and so were the pitas. Our customers began buying the pitas in bulk for their own use. Once we began selling the pitas in bulk, the word got around and we were asked to sell our pitas in several health food stores and higher-end stores in the downtown area. One thing led to another and we found that we were spending all our nights baking our Flat Breads. As a result we decided to open a larger bakery in order to provide the rest of the city with our Flat breads. Today we are located in the north end of Toronto supplying our natural Flat Breads to the Metro area and beyond.
As we enter the barbeque season I recommend our large pita breads to you. Just cut the pita in half and fill the pocket with whatever is on the grill. Then add your favorite condiments, vegetables and dressings and enjoy!!! Periodically, I intend to be in touch with you about new products, ingredients and other noteworthy health information.
In my next letter I am planning to tell you about the low amount of yeast used in our products and its benefits to you.
